At Camp Manitou, camp and outdoor programming are delivered with the goal of providing accessible, meaningful, outdoor camp experiences to Manitoba children, youth and community groups. Through quality, skill based programming; we strive to promote Responsibility, Education, Self-Worth, Positive Attitudes, Empathy, Confidence and Team Work (R.E.S.P.E.C.T) for all participants. Our goal is to become a recognized leader in providing year-round, standard-setting opportunities and experiences in state-of-the-art facilities that are accessible to all children and youth so that they can develop friendships, camp skills, self-confidence, and increased respect for themselves, the community, and the environment. At Camp Manitou, programming and activities are tailored to the needs of each group, including interests, abilities, and school curriculum. All activities are led by qualified, experienced instructors who enjoy working with youth and have a passion for the outdoors.
