The Inner City Outtripping Centre is sponsored by the City of Toronto Department of Parks & Recreation and its community partners, including the Toronto Police Service. Since 1995, the ICOC has been developing canoeing and out-tripping programs for children and youth throughout the city. It is the mandate of the ICOC to provide safe and accessible outdoor recreation experiences.
